Frequently Asked Questions
Invoices are generated after your payment has successfully processed.
This can often mean that there is a slight delay in the time you receive notification from PayPal for example, and the time the invoice appears under your account. Typically this is no more than a couple of hours.
Where to find invoices
- Login to your account on the main Limecube website
- Go to: Profile > Invoices
- Click the print icon in the right column next to the relevant month you wish to print
Invoices are listed month by month and contain all the relevant information to be submitted for tax purposes.
