If you would like to upgrade/downgrade a plan, follow these steps below.


Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade a plan, follow these steps:

  1. On the top menu, Go to > Profile > Plan Details
  2. Click the upgrade button just under the plan pricing

Your billing cycle will remain the same. On the next billing cycle, your payment will be adjusted to include a pro-rated amount extra only for this single billing cycle to match that additional portion of the month used with the higher plan.

Downgrade

If you would like to upgrade/downgrade a plan, follow these steps:

  1. On the top menu, Go to > Profile > Plan Details
  2. Click the downgrade button just under the plan pricing

Your billing cycle will remain the same. On the next billing cycle, your payment will be adjusted to include a pro-rated amount deducted only for this single billing cycle to match that lower plan portion of the month used with the lower plan.
