Managing Your Profile

If you wish to make changes to your details such as name, email address, password, on the top menu go to:


Profile

More > Profile > 'User Info' tab to change:

  1. Profile photo
  2. First name
  3. Last name
  4. Email
    1. The email address is used for logging into your account, and any billing and other Limecube emails generated.
  5. Site Name (usually company name)

Password

More > Profile > 'Password' to change your password.

When setting a password, it is strongly recommended to use a secure password which is a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and characters.

Please do not use names or date of birth as these become very easy for hackers to work out.

Account

More > Profile > 'Account' to delete your account.

This process is irreversible, so please only delete when you are complete sure.

Plan Details

More > Profile > 'Plan Details' to view:

  1. The plan you are on
  2. Your payment details
  3. A link to your invoices
